FTC MAIL ORDER RULE DISCLOSURE: Under 16 C.F.R. Part 435, Kings Distro Inc. is required to ship your order within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no specific time was stated. If we cannot meet this deadline, we will notify you and you will have the right to cancel for a full refund.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Standard processing is 1–3 business days from order confirmation. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Kings Distro ships via multiple carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on destination, package size, and service availability. Estimated transit times displayed at checkout are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Kings Distro is not responsible for carrier delays, including those caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier network disruptions.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to the contiguous 48 U.S. states unless otherwise specified. Kings Distro reserves the right to modify shipping rates and promotions at any time without notice.
4. Delivery Estimates — NOT Guaranteed
IMPORTANT: All shipping transit times shown at checkout are ESTIMATES provided by the carrier — they are not delivery guarantees. Kings Distro is not liable for late deliveries caused by the carrier, weather events, customs delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Time-sensitive purchases should allow ample buffer.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Kings Distro currently ships to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional charges may apply). We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless explicitly stated at checkout. We reserve the right to decline shipment to any address at our sole discretion.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 3 business days of the marked delivery date. Kings Distro will work with the carrier to investigate, but we are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. Ensure your delivery address is accurate before submitting your order.
7. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
Packages returned to Kings Distro as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to claim, or refusal of delivery will be credited minus a reshipment fee or original shipping charge. We will contact you at your email address on file. If we do not receive a response within 14 days, the order may be restocked and a store credit less shipping may be issued.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they ship by contacting legal@kingsdistro.com immediately. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it may not be possible to cancel. If cancellation is not possible, you may initiate a return once the item arrives. Orders placed on credit or with promotional discounts may be subject to cancellation review.
