Kings Distro Inc. · Kings Distro AI Manager
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This page explains how to ask Kings Distro Inc. (“Kings Distro,” “we,” “us”) to delete personal information held by Kings Distro AI Manager (the “Service”). Anyone can make a request, including Authorized Users, people who messaged the Service’s WhatsApp number without being authorized, and people mentioned in information the Service holds. The Service has no self-service delete option, so our team handles each request.
Quick version: email support@kingsdistro.com with the WhatsApp number you used and what you want deleted. We will confirm the request, delete what we can (Section 4 explains what we must keep), and let you know when it’s done.
1. How to send a request
Email support@kingsdistro.com with the subject “Data deletion request – Kings Distro AI Manager”, or write to Kings Distro Inc., 9012 Hermitage Rd Suite A, Richmond, VA 23228, United States. Please include:
- the WhatsApp phone number you used, with the country code, since the Service finds records by phone number. If you never messaged the Service, give your name and any details that will help us find information about you;
- whether you want all of your information deleted or only certain items (such as specific messages, files, tasks, or memory entries), and roughly when they were sent;
- how we should contact you about the request.
Please don’t send passwords, approval PINs, payment details, or copies of identity documents.
2. Verification
Before we delete anything, we will confirm that the information belongs to you, for example by asking you to confirm details only the sender would know, such as roughly when you sent certain messages and what they said. Please don’t message the Service’s WhatsApp number to prove who you are, because that creates a new record. We use what you give us only to handle your request.
3. What we delete
Once we have verified your request, we will delete the following information about you, or permanently remove your personal details from it where the record itself has to stay (see Section 4):
- Messages: messages you sent and messages the Service sent you, with their times, message IDs, and delivery statuses.
- Files: files you sent, along with their names, types, sizes, and fingerprints.
- Your user record: your number, name, email address, and hashed PIN. This removes you from the allow-list, so the Service stops acting on your messages and stops messaging you.
- Content about you: your personal information in current tasks, notes, drafts, and company memory entries.
- Pending work: queued background jobs and held messages that relate to you.
4. What we may keep, and why
- Business records. Tasks, approvals, and decisions made for Kings Distro may be company records that we need to keep. When we keep them, we remove or de-identify your personal information where we reasonably can.
- Security log and task history. The Service keeps a tamper-resistant security log of actions, approvals, security events, and messages from people who are not authorized, plus a history of changes to tasks. These records can’t be changed or deleted, so information in them, including phone numbers and message content, stays there permanently. We use them only to protect the Service and to keep business records.
- Legal reasons. We keep information the law requires us to keep, or that we need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Backups. If we make backups, deleted information may remain in them until those backups are replaced. If we ever restore a backup, we will delete your information again.
- Records that don’t identify you, such as counts, timings, and one-way hashes.
5. Information held by others
- WhatsApp and your phone. We can’t delete information held by WhatsApp (Meta) or stored on your phone. Deleting a chat on your phone doesn’t delete our copy, and deleting our copy doesn’t delete yours. Use WhatsApp’s settings and Meta’s privacy tools for information WhatsApp holds.
- Anthropic. Content previously sent to Anthropic for AI processing is kept and deleted under the terms that apply to our Anthropic account. Where those terms let us ask for deletion, we will.
6. How long it takes
We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 days after we verify it. If we need more time, or can’t delete something, we will tell you why. When we are done, we will confirm it using the contact method you gave us.
7. If you only want the messages to stop
- Not an Authorized User? You don’t need to do anything. The Service doesn’t reply to or act on your messages, including “STOP”, but it does keep a copy of them as described above. You can also block the number in WhatsApp.
- Authorized User? Email support@kingsdistro.com and ask us to remove your number. Sending “STOP” to the Service pauses its work but doesn’t remove your number or delete your information.
To learn more about how we handle information, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
