These Terms govern the use of Kings Distro AI Manager (the “Service”), which Kings Distro Inc. (“Kings Distro,” “we,” “us”) operates. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. About the Service

The Service is a private operations assistant that Kings Distro runs for its own business. Authorized users message it on WhatsApp. It uses AI to understand those messages, logs and tracks tasks, writes drafts, sends reminders and a daily summary, and answers questions. It is an internal tool, not a public or consumer service.

2. Who may use the Service

  • Only people Kings Distro has authorized, whose WhatsApp numbers are on the Service’s allow-list (“Authorized Users”), may use the Service. We decide who is authorized and may add or remove anyone at any time.
  • The Service doesn’t reply to or act on messages from any other number. Please don’t message it unless you are authorized. We keep a copy of such messages for security, as our Privacy Policy explains.
  • Authorized Users must be at least 18 years old.
  • By becoming an Authorized User, you agree to receive WhatsApp messages from the Service, including replies, reminders, summaries, alerts, and WhatsApp notification templates. To stop them, email support@kingsdistro.com and ask us to remove your number.

3. How the Service works

  • Timing. Replies can be delayed. Non-urgent updates are held during the company’s quiet hours. WhatsApp allows free-form messages only within 24 hours of your last message. After that, the Service sends a short notice and delivers the full update once you reply. If the AI service is unavailable, the Service saves your messages, tells you, and handles them later.
  • Drafts stay with you. The Service writes drafts but doesn’t send them, or any other message, to anyone except Authorized Users.
  • Approvals. An action that needs approval runs only after you reply with the exact approval command and its one-time code. The highest-risk actions also need your PIN. Replies such as “ok” or “yes” never approve anything. Some actions, including payments, fund transfers, and changes to credentials or permissions, are never carried out by the Service, even with approval.
  • Pausing. An Authorized User can pause the Service’s work by sending PAUSE, STOP, or STOP ALL, and restart it by sending RESUME.

4. AI output

  • The Service uses AI (Anthropic’s Claude models) to interpret messages and to write replies and drafts. AI output can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and the AI can misunderstand a request.
  • Check task details, summaries, and drafts before you rely on them or share them. You are responsible for your decisions and for anything you send to others.
  • Status reports and summaries come from the Service’s records, which are only as accurate as the information entered.
  • The Service does not provide legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or for anything other than Kings Distro business;
  • send content you don’t have the right to share, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
  • send more sensitive information than a task needs. In particular, don’t send payment card or bank account numbers, passwords, government ID numbers, or health information;
  • try to get around the allow-list, approval codes, PIN, or other safeguards, or try to make the AI ignore its rules, for example by hiding instructions in messages or files;
  • probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Service or its servers, or send it requests other than through WhatsApp;
  • share approval codes or your PIN, or let anyone else use your WhatsApp account to reach the Service;
  • use the Service in a way that breaks WhatsApp’s or Meta’s terms or policies.

If your phone or WhatsApp account is lost or compromised, tell us right away at support@kingsdistro.com so we can remove your number from the allow-list.

6. WhatsApp, Meta, and other providers

The Service depends on WhatsApp, which Meta operates, and on Anthropic. WhatsApp’s own terms and policies continue to apply to your use of WhatsApp. We don’t control these providers and aren’t responsible for their availability, their changes, or how they handle information under their own terms. If a provider changes or ends its service, parts of the Service may stop working.

7. Your content

You keep any rights you have in the messages and files you send. You allow Kings Distro, and the providers it uses to run the Service, to store, copy, process, and transmit that content to operate and secure the Service and for Kings Distro’s business purposes. Records the Service keeps are Kings Distro business records and are handled under our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes to the Service

We may change, suspend, or stop the Service or any feature at any time, including pausing it for safety. We don’t promise that the Service will always be available or error-free, or that messages will never be delayed or lost.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time, with or without notice, for example if you break these Terms or no longer need access. You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to remove your number. Sections 4, 7, and 10 through 13 continue to apply after your access ends.

10. No warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. KINGS DISTRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI OUTPUT, SUMMARIES, OR DRAFTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGS DISTRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON AI OUTPUT, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. KINGS DISTRO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain disclaimers or limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any legal action related to these Terms or the Service must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Richmond, Virginia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. General

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Kings Distro about the Service, except for any separate written agreement or company policy that also applies to you. If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a term, we haven’t waived it. You may not transfer these Terms to anyone else. We may transfer them to a successor business.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, tell Authorized Users through the Service or in another reasonable way. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
